Apologies, at the moment we do not have an online store. But we do not rule out having one in the future!
Q: Besides your showroom at Genting Lane, do you have other showrooms in Singapore?
Yes we do! Our first retail branch has just opened at Toa Payoh Lorong 6, Blk 190.
Q: Besides Singapore, do you have other regional showrooms?
Currently we are only available in Singapore, but hope to expand to the region soon.
Q: Understand that your showroom closes at 7pm. If we need to arrange for viewing after 7pm, is it possible?
Yes, but do give us a call early to let us know so that we can arrange one of our consultant to attend to you.
Q: Do you open on all weekends, including PH?
Yes we do. Our showroom is open from 10am-5pm on weekends & PH. Our retail showroom is open daily from 10am-9pm.
Q: Where is the passenger lift located?
The passenger lift is located near to the right side of the carpark near to the exit gantry.
Q: Where do we park if we are driving?
You can park at the building open carpark.

Q: How much are the parking charges per hour?
7am – 559pm – $1.35 for 1st hour, $0.70 for subsequent hours.
6pm – 659am – $2.40/entry
Charges apply from Monday to Sunday (including PH)

Q: What type of payment mode do you accept? Do I need to go down personally to make payment?
We accept Cash, Cheque, Credit Cards and Bank Transfer. Payment need not be in person unless u using your credit card to make payment.
Q: May I know how long is the on-site consultation? Is it a must?
On-site consultation usually takes 30 minute to an hour. On-site consultation is a must for us to understand your site requirement for us to provide you with the best flooring solutions.
Q: May I know how long is the installation process?
Installation take 1-2 days depend on the size of the area. If there is any other issues, installation lead time will vary.
Q: Do you do clean-up for us after the installation?
Yes we do. Our installers will make sure your site is swept and we do rubbish haulage as well.
Q: When does the warranty take effect?
The warranty take effect from the date of the installation.

Q: Is deposit a must upon confirmation of our order or can we arrange it for later payment?
We require an initial deposit in order for us to reserve the stock for you to ensure stock availability when you need it.
Q: How much is the initial deposit?
50% of the total costs.
Q: If we made a deposit but we had a change of mind, is the deposit refundable?
Unfortunately, deposit paid is non-refundable.
Q: If after installation we are not satisfied, what can we do?
